Len M. Kopec President / Chief Executive Officer
With 22 years of sales and management experience with The Wolf Organization, Len Kopec’s management style has set the tone for success. Beginning as Sales Manager of Wolf’s flooring division, Len soon advanced to General Manager and then to President of Wolf Distributing Company where his success led to his appointment to COO in 2002. Len is currently involved in the National Association of Wholesalers, The National Building Materials Distributors Association and various trade advisory councils. Len has also used his management skills on the community level, coaching youth league soccer, basketball and baseball for many years.

Ron Blevins Executive Vice President / Chief Financial Officer
Ron Blevins has spent over 25 years with The Wolf Organization, starting as assistant controller and ascending to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. As a certified public accountant, Ron has a solid background in finance and has spearheaded the organization’s conversion to the SAP system. Ron belongs to numerous professional groups and is active in the community, serving as a board member and treasurer on many non-profit organizations.

Dave Confer Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Dave has spent over 25 years with The Wolf Organization lending his legal counsel and leadership abilities to all aspects of the company. A graduate of Penn State University, Dave received his law degree from Dickinson School of Law and was admitted to practice in both the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the US Supreme Court. Before joining The Wolf Organization, Dave served in state and municipal positions. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and York County Bar Associations, the York County Bar Foundation and former member of the House of Delegates, Pennsylvania Bar Association. Dave is also very active in the community committing his service to many public and non-profit organizations over the years.

Craig P. Danielson
Senior Vice President / President - Wolf Distributing Company
Craig has been at the center of Wolf Distributing Company’s success for the past 14 years. Craig has held various positions with Wolf Distributing Company, including Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, Vice President and Senior Vice President. He is involved with NAW, NBMDA and Principia Partners Decking Industry Council. Craig is also active in the community as a member of the fund raising committee of St. Magdalene’s Church.

Mike O'Brien
Senior Vice President / President - The Lumber Yard
Mike has been with The Lumber Yard for more than 15 years, starting as an inside salesperson, and working his way into management positions at both the individual unit and divisional levels. Mike brings his experience as Regional Vice President and Vice President of Operations to his new role as divisional president. Mike has a B.S. in Business Management from Penn State. He is an avid golfer, youth sports coach and football fan.

James Groff Senior Vice President / President - Baublitz Advertising
With over 19 years of business-to-business marketing experience that includes research, planning, public relations and brand management, Jim is a valuable asset to the success of all the Wolf divisions. Jim has been an active board member of the Red Cross of York County, the YMCA and the York Blind Center.

Michael Newsome Senior Vice President & Controller
Michael brings over 25 years of experience as a manager, auditor and controller to The Wolf Organization. A graduate of Lafayette College, Michael is active in the community, having held advisory positions with Penn State-York, York County Heritage Trust, the Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center, South George Street Community Partners and York County Community Foundation.

Brad Kostelich Sr. Vice President Business Process / Technology
Brad Kostelich, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, has spent 14 years with The Wolf Organization. Brad has held positions of General Manager - Wolf Distributing Company-Allentown, Director of Business Development and Vice President of Operations before being named to his present position. Brad is a member of The Wolf Organization’s Management Committee and is a member of the board of Access-York, a community non-profit organization.

Wilhemina DeShazo
Senior Vice President Human Resources
Wilhemina DeShazo has brought senior level background at a major healthcare provider in Virginia and a wealth of experience in human resources management to The Wolf Organization. As a result of her insight into the development of large organizations and their workforces, she was quickly promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Relations in 2006. Mina has sought to develop several exciting organization strategies that will benefit current employees and attract top industry talent to the organization. Mina holds a bachelors and a masters degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Patricia Cobaugh
Vice President Process Improvement
Patricia has been with The Wolf Organization for 11 years, but her experience in business and management extends beyond her tenure with The Wolf Organization. Starting with the company as office manager and Customer Service Representative, Patricia soon was named to management positions at Wolf Distributing Company. On the heels of her success with Wolf Distributing Company, she was appointed The Wolf Organization’s Director of Business Development and then to her current post as Vice President of Business Development.

Vincent Johnson Vice President Technology
A graduate of Messiah College, Vinnie has spent 9 years keeping The Wolf Organization on the cutting edge of technology. Hands-on in the day-to-day management and support of the company’s network infrastructure and telecommunications systems, Vinnie keeps the company connected and secure in its business communications. Vinnie is a member of the Penn State - York Technology Advisory Board and the Mid-Atlantic CIO Forum. He also participates in the Messiah College Regional Leadership Council.

Mel Lebo
Vice President, Operations - The Lumber Yard
Mel’s story with The Lumber Yard reads like a slice of Americana. After serving his country in the military, Mel started with The Lumber Yard in 1971 as a warehouse worker/driver, eventually learning the building materials business from the ground up. Mel worked his way into a number of management positions and then to upper management, most recently as Vice President, Real Estate, Fleet and Safety. Mel has served his community as well, spending 12 years as chairman of the Adams County Planning Commission.

Barry Graboski Vice President Sales Kitchen Business Unit
Barry has a wealth of experience selling in-home products. After tenures in Allentown and Philadelphia as a Sales Manager and General Manager, Barry came to The Wolf Organization 16 years ago as Floor Covering Sales Manager and quickly moved to General Manager of Wolf Distributing Company-York. Later Barry was named Regional Kitchen Sales Manager. He is active within the industry and is a member of the Susquehanna Valley Kitchen & Bath Association.

Robert Lett, Jr.
Vice President Sales Building Products Business Unit
Bob started with The Wolf Organization in 1983 as a Customer Service Representative. He quickly learned the fine art of selling and satisfying the customer first hand as a merchandiser and outside sales consultant. In 1996, Bob put his talent for sales and marketing into the building product side of Wolf Distributing Company, eventually rising to Vice President of Sales & Marketing within the Building Products Division. Bob has been actively involved with coaching soccer and baseball and has been an Assistant Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America.

Vice President Operations - Wolf Distributing Company
A Penn State graduate with a BS in marketing, Joe Facini has spent his entire career with The Wolf Organization, starting as a Merchandise Servicer and rising through the ranks into management and eventually to Vice President of Operations. Joe is active in trade organizations and is a member of NAW, WERC, and CSCMP.

Dwight Bechtold
Vice President, Sales and Marketing - The Lumber Yard
Dwight has been with the organization for more than 15 years, serving in a variety of upper level sales and sales management positions. His extensive training as a sales professional includes a B.S. in Business from Elizabethtown College and certification as a Dale Carnegie Sales Instructor. Dwight is active in his church, as well as local political committees.

Bob Lehman
Vice President, Supply Chain and Installation Services - The Lumber Yard
Bob’s career with The Lumber Yard spans more than 35 years, including positions as driver, Assistant Manager, location Manager and Regional Manager, among others. These experiences, plus his extensive knowledge of SAP and the organization’s quality system, led to his newest appointment directing the activities of both suppliers and internal operations to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Bob is active is his local church Council and committees.
