The Board of Directors of The Wolf Organization provides overall strategic direction to Wolf’s operating divisions and support services. The Board is comprised of the following individuals:

Tom Wolf
Chairman and CEO, The Wolf Organization

A sixth generation leader of The Wolf Organization, Tom lends exceptional leadership and management expertise to the company's growth and profitability. With degrees from Dartmouth College, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of London, his perspective is both pragmatic and visionary. Multiple non-profit organizations in York and surrounding communities are the beneficiaries of Tom's generosity of time, talent and financial resources.

Dave Confer
Vice Chairman, Secretary and General Counsel, The Wolf Organization

Dave has spent over 35 years with The Wolf Organization, lending his legal counsel and leadership abilities to all aspects of the company. A graduate of Penn State University, Dave received his law degree from Dickinson School of Law and was admitted to practice in both the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the US Supreme Court. Before joining WOLF, Dave served in state and municipal positions. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and York County Bar Associations, the York County Bar Foundation and former member of the House of Delegates, Pennsylvania Bar Association. Dave is also very active in the community, committing his service to many public and non-profit organizations.

Craig Danielson
President, The Wolf Organization and WOLF Home Products

Craig has been at the center of The Wolf Organization's success for over 20 years. Craig has held various positions, including Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, Vice President and Senior Vice President. He is involved with NAW, NBMDA and Principia Partners Decking Industry Council. Craig is also active in the community as a member of the fund raising committee of St. Magdalene's Church.

Brad Kostelich
President, WOLF

Brad Kostelich, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, has spent over 20 years with The Wolf Organization. Brad has held positions of General Manager, Director of Business Development, Vice President of Operations, and Senior Vice President of Business Process and Technology before being named to his present position. Brad is a member of the board of YWCA-York, a community non-profit organization.

Michael Newsome
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

A 1975 graduate of Lafayette College, Michael brings to The Wolf Organization over 30 years of financial management experience with some of Central Pennsylvania's leading firms. He is also very active in the community, lending his financial and strategic guidance to various non-profit organizations, including the York County Community Foundation, York County Heritage Trust, Memorial Hospital and the Youth build Charter School of the Crispus Attucks Association.

James Groff
Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Jim brings over 25 years of business-to-business marketing experience to The Wolf Organization, including research, planning, public relations and brand management. Jim is the organization's spokesperson and a regular speaker and author within the building industry. He has been an active board member of various non-profit organizations, including the Red Cross of York County and the YMCA of York and York County.

Michael Sessinger
Executive Vice President of Sales

Mike utilizes his extensive sales and sales management experience in directing WOLF's team of more than 50 sales consultants, product managers and product specialists. He is instrumental in WOLF's program design and responsible for its successful field implementation.

Patricia Cobaugh
Executive Vice President of Support Services

Patricia has been with WOLF for over 20 years. Starting with the company as Office Manager and Customer Service Representative, Patricia joined the management team as Director of Business Development and later Vice President of Business Development, before assuming her current responsibilities.

Barry Graboski
Senior Vice President of Product Development - Kitchen and Bath Products

Barry has a wealth of experience selling in-home products. After tenures in Allentown and Philadelphia as a Sales Manager and General Manager, Barry came to The Wolf Organization nearly 25 years ago as Floor Covering Sales Manager, and quickly moved to General Manager of Wolf-York. Later Barry was named Regional Kitchen Sales Manager. He is active within the industry and is a member of the Susquehanna Valley Kitchen & Bath Association.

Dominick Pileggi, III
Senior Vice President of Product Development - Building Products

Dom joined The Wolf Organization in 1999 after nearly 25 years in his family's building materials business. With both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Maryland, Dom quickly worked his way from Sales Consultant, Regional Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales to his current position. Dom is active in his church as well as NARI and the Principia Partners Decking Industry Council. In his spare time, he serves as coach of the Baltimore Raven's cheerleading squad.

Joe Facini
Regional Vice President

A Penn State graduate with a BS in Marketing, Joe Facini has spent his entire career with WOLF, starting in sales as a Merchandise Servicer, and rising through the ranks into Sales Management, Operations Management and eventually to Senior Vice President of Logistics. Joe's experience in both the sales and the operations arenas provides him with a clear understanding of the logistical requirements to satisfy customer needs and maintain efficiencies. Joe is active in trade organizations and is a member of NAW, WERC, and CSCMP.

Bob Lett, Sr.
Regional Vice President

Since launching his career with WOLF in 1983, Bob has been an outside sales representative and sales manager in the New Jersey marketplace, working closely with WOLF's sales and marketing teams. Bob's current responsibilities include managing both the sales and operational divisions of the Mid-Atlantic Building Products Region.

Mark Simmers
Regional Vice President

After receiving his B.S in Management & Organizational Development, Mark began a career in the building supply industry, working in retail management, operations and manufacturer sales. Since joining WOLF in 2005, Mark quickly advanced from sales consultant to regional sales manager and to his current position managing both sales and operations in the Southeast region. Mark is active in the community as a member of his church and Habitat for Humanity.
