When you Log On to the New Outlook Web Access for the first time you will notice a few slight changes from the standard Outlook view.

To minimize the visual and functional differences, the following settings changes are suggested:

1. Change the Inbox View from Two-Line View to Messages View

On the Outlook Web Access title bar, click (Two-Line View) and select Messages from the context menu.

2. Change the Reading Pane from Right to Bottom

On the Outlook Web Access tool bar, click Show/Hide Reading Pane button and select Bottom from the context menu.

3. Change the Spelling Options to Always check spelling before sending

  1. Click the Options button located on the bottom of the Button Bar
  2. Scroll down to Spelling Options
  3. Check the Always check spelling before sending check box
  4. Click Save and Close button on the Options toolbar
