1. To access Citrix Log On to www.wolforg.net
- From the Employee Page link, click on Citrix
- Enter your Network User ID in the User Name: field
- Enter your Network Password in the Password: field
- Click Log In button

2. If you are using your company-issued laptop, you will need to change your IE Settings.
(If you are using your home PC, you should not need to change your IE settings. Go to Step III.)
- On the Internet Explorer menu bar, pull down the Tools menu
- Select Internet Options… from the menu
- In the Internet Options dialog box, select the Connections tab
- Click the LAN Settings…
- In the Local Area Network (LAN) Settings dialog box uncheck Automatically detect settings
- Uncheck Use automatic configuration script
- Uncheck Use a proxy server for your LAN…
- Click OK
- In the Internet Options dialog box, dialog box click OK

3. If this is your first time into Citrix, you will need to download the MetaFrame Presentation Server Client
(If this is not your first time into Citrix, Go to Step IV.)
- In the Citrix Welcome screen, click on the MetaFrame Presentation Server Client for 32-bit Windows link
- In the File Download dialog box, click the Open button
- In the MetaFrame Presentation Server Web Client for Win32 dialog box click Yes
- In the MetaFrame Presentation Server Web Client for Win32 dialog box click OK
- In the MetaFrame Presentation Server Web Client for Win32 dialog box click Yes
This will restart your computer (please save any unsaved work before restarting. If you are not prompted to restart, you must still restart your computer before continuing.

4. After restarting your computer, repeat Step I to log in to Citrix
- If Corporate Desktop does not open automatically, click on the Corporate Desktop icon (It may take 20-30 seconds to connect)

5. You are now in the Citrix Corporate Desktop environment. Test the application by…
- Notice a new session on your Taskbar for the Corporate Desktop
- Applications can be found by using the Start Menu in the Citrix Corporate Desktop. Open Outlook to test e-mail. If you have difficulty opening Outlook see Step VIII.
- Open SAP and test (if you have access to SAP)
- Open Internet Explorer and test
- Open My Computer to test access the network drives

6. Closing Citrix
- Click the Close button on the upper right side of the Citrix Corporate Desktop session
- In the Corporate Desktop dialog box, click OK

- Or… In the MetaFrame Presentation Server session, click the Disconnect button

8. Opening Outlook for the first time
- Follow the instructions on TWO Intranet to set up Outlook for the first time
- You may need to personalize your Outlook setting, views, and recreate your AutoSignature.
