Warehosue Workers (5 Positions)—Worcester, MA

 

Description: Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from trucks, pallets or other transport vehicles (for example: railcars). Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines. Receive, store, move and pack outgoing materials, equipment, and other items from warehouse. Be able to manage the paperwork associated with this job description: pick tickets, delivery notes, transportation planners, etc. Perform additional duties as determined by the Operations Manager/Shift Supervisor. Essential Job Functions: • Perform all functions necessary to unload, warehouse, pick and load material to and/or from trucks, pallets, or other transport vehicles in an efficient, accurate, safe and productive manner. • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment and warehouse areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations • Complete daily Powered Industrial Truck inspection form • May perform other assigned warehouse duties such as: o Facility maintenance o Warehouse inventory maintenance, stock rotation and relocation. • Assist with customer pick-ups • Be willing to work overtime as needed • Follow all company policies and procedures. • Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, rules, and guidelines. • Comply with all elements of the Core Values and use the Quality System, including ISO procedures, corrective and preventative actions, the customer complaint policy, and best practices to achieve continuous process improvements and ensure total customer satisfaction. • Maintain a positive work environment by behaving and communicating in a professional, courteous, respectful, ethical manner with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors. • Use good judgment and common sense. CDL Class A Drivers (7 Positions)—Worcester, MA

 

Description: Drive tractor trailer or designated vehicle and transport materials to specified destinations. Adhere to all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration rules and regulations regarding the operation of the delivery equipment. This includes but is not limited to hours of service, securing of load, pre and post trip paperwork, etc. Perform additional duties as determined by the business unit manager. Purchasing Representative—York, PA

 

Description: As the WOLF Purchasing Representative the employee will; assist in controlling inventory through purchasing of product, accurate goods movements & receiving, administer the morning paperwork to resolve all exceptions & increase customer satisfaction, act upon delivery due notes to ensure accurate dating, document supply-line issues, collect data for, maintain, & post KPI’s monthly, be vigilant for corrective & preventive action opportunities to improve existing processes, and assist the WOLF Director of Procurement in other tasks as requested. Essential Job Functions: (Responsibilities and major tasks performed) • Assist in controlling inventory quality through appropriate purchasing and receiving of purchase orders and good movements. • Administrate morning paperwork resolving all exceptions daily. • Assist in supply line reporting via the collection and collating of purchasing and inventory data. • Act upon delivery due notes. • Contact customers regarding status, recovery and timely reconciliation of the exceptions. • Document and maintain supply line issues. • Maintain and monitor NSIS (Non-stock In Stock). • Perform various inventory movements including; reconfirms, loses, finds, discontinued write-offs and others. • Maintain OSS reports and documentation. • Interface daily with customers and various personnel including customer service, warehouse persons, logistics administrators, TWO corporate personnel, drivers, sales consultants, managers and vendors. • Perform various updates relating to safety stock and sales history. • Perform necessary item maintenance. • Assist in cycle counts and inventory process as required. • Perform daily tape back-up. • Interface daily with customers and various personnel including customer service, warehouse persons, logistics administrators, TWO corporate personnel, drivers, sales consultants, managers and vendors. • Initiate corrective and preventative actions, as opportunities present themselves. • Report and finalize Key Performance Indicators (KPI) monthly and update the KPI Board prior to the 4th business day each month. • Be willing to do other duties as required. • Follow all company policies and procedures. • Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, rules and guidelines. • Comply with all elements of the WOLF Core Values and use the Quality System, including; corrective and preventative actions, the customer complaint policy, and best practices to achieve continuous process improvements and ensure total customer satisfaction. • Maintain a positive work environment by behaving and communication in a professional, courteous, respectful, ethical manner with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors. • Use good judgment and common sense. Product Specialist—Atlanta , GA

 

Description: Promote products on behalf of the company at all levels of the channel (architect, dealer, builder, contractor, homeowner) Expert on product features and benefits as well as installation techniques. Responsible for set up and breakdown of all trade shows and contractor shows. Coordinate product blitzes in territory. Essential Job Functions: (Responsibilities and major tasks performed and percentage of time on each) • Make field calls on contractors, architects, and builders on the behalf of our dealer base. (50%) • Dealer sales calls when appropriate • Coordinate and participate in sales blitzes for all Wolf products. (20%) o Assist in Sales blitz in other markets when appropriate • Promote products on behalf of the company and work closely with Sales Consultants. • Attend trade and contractor shows and be involved in dealer training. Customer Service - Semi Custom—York, PA

 

Description: Fast pace customer focused call center. The ideal candidates for this position possess customer service skills that provide a provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. Candidate must be skilled in the design discipline and familiar with all aspects of kitchen design including knowledge of cabinetry and marble, granite and laminate countertops. Candidates must enhance the company’s value proposition and affect the total customer experience by acquiring superior product knowledge and providing services that meet or exceed the customer expectations.
