Business Development Specialist—Baltimore/Washington DC Area, MD

Lead Warehouse Worker 3rd Shift—Allentown, PA

Application Deadline: 6/6/2008  

• Safely perform all general warehouse duties, including loading and unloading trucks, placing products and materials in appropriate storage locations in warehouse, accurately and efficiently picking orders, processing required paperwork (labels, tickets, picking slips) keeping warehouse neat and orderly • Assist the supervisor/manager in accomplishing the goals for the shift and act as supervisor in supervisor’s absence. Direct warehouse workers in assignments and break times. • Insure compliance by warehouse personnel with all safety policies, procedures, rules and guidelines • Monitor the warehouse supply expenses • Spot trailers as needed • Manage paperwork: picks, delivery notes, shortages, driver run summaries, load & run log, etc. • Verify accuracy of orders picked by warehouse employees. • Verify correctness of product placement on trailers (by warehouse employees) to eliminate damage in transit. • Oversee preventive maintenance of forklifts. • Order general merchandise for warehouse needs (i.e. banding, banding clips, shrink wrap, gloves, etc.) • Assist in collection of ISO data. • Assist in monthly employee meetings. • Manage employees to effectively maintain a neat and clean warehouse. Qualifications: (Required (R) or Desired/Preferred (D) (R) Minimum of one year experience working in a warehouse; (R) Read, Speak and Write English; (R)Demonstrated proficiency in picking accuracy and productivity. Warehouse Worker 3rd Shift —Allentown, PA

• Perform all functions necessary to unload, warehouse, pick and load material to and from trucks and warehouse in an efficient, accurate, safe and productive manner. • Occasionally ride with drivers off-site for deliveries or pick-ups • Perform all key warehouse functions in an efficient, accurate, safe and productive manner: o Unload trucks o Skid and put-away product o Label product o Pick orders o Load trucks o Handle product in a way that avoids damage • Report & manage non-conforming material. • Assist with customer pick-ups. • Perform necessary housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment. • Complete daily PIT inspection form. • Complete manifest (transportation planning) paperwork for assigned delivery runs. • Prepare delivery notes and driver run summary for assigned delivery runs. • Restock product as necessary. • Work inside and outside in all seasons as necessary. • Receive inbound freight, place in proper storage area and complete all paperwork as necessary. • May perform other assigned warehouse duties such as: o Facility maintenance. o Warehouse inventory maintenance, stock rotation and relocation. Qualifications: (Required (R) or Desired/Preferred (D) (R) Read and Write English; (R) High school diploma or GED; (R)Ability to be certified as a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operator. CDL Class A II Driver—York, PA

• Deliver clean and undamaged products and materials to our customers in a timely, safe, and law abiding manner. • Operate Class A delivery vehicles in an efficient and expense conscious manner. • Load and unload trucks/trailers when required • Insure that all materials are properly secured in transit. • Insure that all customer returns are inspected and handled according to procedure. • Maintain a driver’s log book as required. • Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack as needed to assist in warehouse • Complete pre and post trip vehicle inspections and insure that required preventive maintenance is completed on vehicles being operated • Serve as a professional and courteous representative of the company in all customer contacts. • Manage delivery truck routes for maximum efficiency and maximum customer service levels. Update changes of stop position with Manager, when needed. • Understand and follow DOT regulations. Properly fill out all pertinent documentation in accordance with federal and state regulations. • Use all appropriate personal protective equipment. • Maintain equipment housekeeping duties each day. Qualifications: (Required (R) or Desired/Preferred (D)) (R) Valid Class A CDL Drivers License; (R) Read, speak and write English; (R) High School Diploma or GED; (R)Ability to work without supervision. (R)Ability to work in different weather conditions. (D)Reasonable computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook. (D) At least two years’ experience driving Class A vehicles
