When you Log On to the New Outlook Web Access for the first time you will notice a few slight changes from the standard Outlook view
To minimize the visual and functional differences, the following settings changes are suggested:
- Change the Inbox View from Two-Line View to Messages view
- On the Outlook Web Access title bar, click (Two-Line View) and select Messages from the context menu
- Change the Reading Pane from Right to Bottom
- On the Outlook Web Access tool bar, click Show/Hide Reading Pane button and select Bottom from the context menu
- Change the Spelling Options to Always check spelling before sending
- Click the Options button located on the bottom of the Button Bar
- Scroll down to Spelling Options
- Check the Always check spelling before sending check box
- Click Save and Close button on the Options toolbar
