Thomas W. Wolf
Office of the President
A sixth generation direct descendent of founder
Adam Wolf, Tom not only bears the company name
but also embodies its philosophy of honesty and
service. With a resume that includes Dartmouth,
the University of London and MIT, as well as
a stint in the Peace Corps, Tom Wolf started
with the company as a sales clerk in 1978. Learning
the family business from bottom to top, Tom advanced
to store manager and then in 1983 to Vice President. In
1985, Tom assumed the Office of the President
along with fellow family members and partners
George W. Hodges and William Zimmerman. Outside
The Wolf Organization, Tom has been very active
in both the business community and in the
cause of charity. Serving as chair or president
of more than half a dozen community organizations,
Tom has been a leading voice in the community
for social welfare and a key supporter of community
arts and cultural organizations.
