With 22 years of sales and management experience with The Wolf Organization,  Len Kopec’s management style has set the tone for success.  Beginning as Sales Manager of Wolf's flooring division, Len soon advanced to General Manager and then to President of Wolf Distributing Company where his success led to his appointment to COO in 2002.  Len is currently involved in the National Association of Wholesalers, The National Building Materials Distributors Association and various trade advisory councils.  Len has also used his management skills on the community level, coaching youth league soccer, basketball and baseball for many years.
