Essential Job Functions:
• Participate
in the development of strategic marketing plans
and carry out plans on a daily basis.
• Prepare,
present, manage and coordinate projects/campaigns
to achieve stated goals, including research,
creative and strategic input, estimating.
• Review
billing worksheets regularly to ensure proper
billing, adherence to estimates and budgets,
and agency profitability.
• Conduct follow-up
surveys and interviews to assess client satisfaction
and achievement of marketing objectives.
• Develop
ideas for continuous improvement of client
service and other agency functions.
• Gain
new business from existing clients.
• Develop
prospects for profitable new business in accordance
with agency budget and income goals
Qualifications:
(Required (R) or Desired/Preferred (D))
•(R)
High School diploma or GED;
•(R) Excellent written
and verbal communication skills;
•(R) Successful
sales, marketing and project management experience;
•(R) Sufficient math/accounting skills
to understand agency billing, margins and mark
ups;
•(R) Read,
speak and write English;
•(D) Proficient with
PC and Microsoft software applications;
•(D)
College Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or
related field
